Here at Taste The Marches we’ve been to some fairs already – we’ve picked up festive fennel and cinnamon salami, craft ciders, flavoured roast coffee, Christmas nougat, gorgeous liqueurs and chocolate gifts. Chef Blanche Vaughan shares her sensational recipes with Taste The Marches

CHEF Blanche Vaughan has given Taste The Marches a peak at some of her sensational recipes from her new book In One Pot. The author, whose family live in Herefordshire, worked at London’s famous River Café, Moro and St John before embarking on her successful writing career. In One Pot is perfect for those who love to cook but want easy, affordable and delicious food, made easily.
